- What is their age, gender, income, etc – What do they look like?
- What would they be doing on a daily basis?
- What are their struggles and stressors?
When you get into the head of this perfect member, your content will begin to flow easier AND you will gain a deeper understanding of how your gym solves their biggest problems.
