This Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by USGCOA.  This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to the activities and operations of USGCOA.

We collect personal information that you directly provide to us.  For example, we collect your name, email address, postal address and other information when you become a member of USGCOA, or when you use interactive portions of this site, where such information is specifically requested, and you voluntarily supply it.  We also collect credit card numbers if you pay membership dues by credit card, or if you purchase merchandise or services through this site by use of a credit card.  We may also obtain information about you that is furnished to us voluntarily by other companies with which you have engaged in transactions, and combine that with information we collect from you on our site. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from USGCOA by following the instructions in those emails. You may also send requests about your contact preferences and changes to your information by emailing usgymnasticsclubs@gmail.com.  If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your account or our ongoing business relations with USGCOA.
