WHEN AND WHY DID THIS ASSOCIATION START?
On the weekend of July 27, 2018, several club owners from around the USA answered a call to action, meeting in Indianapolis. Many were frustrated by the direction of USA Gymnastics and the lack of a voice that club owners had. Born at that meeting was a new club owners association, currently known as US Gymnastics Club Owners Association (USGCOA). Discussion of who would be willing to volunteer their time to get us up and running over the next few years was also concluded in Indianapolis.
